Step 5: Match Their Terminology

If the job says "REST APIs," don't say "RESTful web services." If they say "PostgreSQL," don't say "Postgres." Match their exact terminology for better ATS matching.

This seems pedantic, but ATS systems do exact keyword matching. "Machine Learning" and "ML" might not match. "React" and "React.js" might not match. Use their terms.

The Master Resume Strategy
